Responsibilities:
- Define and execute an audience-first content strategy.
- Build thought leadership that differentiates the brand.
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 content professionals.
- Drive SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-search visibility.
- Create measurable content programs that contribute to demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Establish content operations, KPIs, and scalable processes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in B2B Content Marketing.
- 3+ years leading content teams.
- Strong experience in storytelling, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO and emerging AI-search frameworks (AEO/GEO).
- Experience creating content for US B2B audiences.
