About the role
Establish and maintain customer relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered in ERP - SAP Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and bring resolutions Serve as primary organizational contact during contract execution Ensure effective tracking of payment as per project terms Engage relevant stakeholders during contract execution – Lateral leadership Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis Provide contract-related issue resolution to team Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance Networking with peers internally and externally Mentor and Guide the team for professional development
