About the role
Responsibilities:
- To monitor GPS-based vehicle tracking on the TV in the control room.
- To report alerts generated by the GPS-based vehicle tracking system on the TV to the IT Manager, the District Manager of the department, and the Help Desk at Patna HQ.
- To do data entry work and other computer-related work assigned by the IT Manager from time to time.
- Inform the Help Desk at the Headquarters in Patna of any technical issues he is facing.
- Not to install any software under any circumstances other than the software installed by the company on the Desktop.
- To report to the IT Manager of the company and the District Manager of the department daily.
