We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and
deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support
organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional
design, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage diverse groups of employees
across departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through job analysis, employee feedback, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
- Design engaging and effective training programs, materials, and modules aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across various departments including sales, operations.
- Utilize various instructional techniques such as workshops, Webinar and e-learning. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors when required.
- Maintain updated training records and generate reports for HR and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Proven track record in delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Certification in training, instructional design, or adult learning.
- Experience in developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
