About the role
- 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance (both functional and non-functional), with at least 5+ years leading test automation teams.
- Excellent Team player and Leader and ability to work and lead teams in
fast paced dynamic environment
- Experience working on cloud-based applications, ability to participate in requirement analysis, design of the application is a must
- Experience working in Microsoft Azure/ AWS/ any other cloud is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of CPQ domain is highly preferred
- Proven track record of implementing and leading UI and API automation strategies using tools like Selenium and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing methodologies.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines is added advantage.
- Proficiency in test automation with Java, Selenium, and the ability to lead and guide test strategies.
- Working knowledge of SOA, RESTful APIs, and tools like Postman and SOAPUI.
- Strong understanding of XML, JSON, and experience working on web services-based projects.
- Excellent debugging skills
- Familiarity with security testing tools and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team (internal and external) and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
