Creative Director (Retail & Fashion Industry)

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Aesthetic: Develop and maintain a strong brand aesthetic that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Coordination: Direct and coordinate with multiple team members, including photographers, stylists, and designers.
- Mood Boards: Create and present mood boards that reflect the desired creative direction for projects.
- Creative Identity: Establish and uphold the creative identity of the brand across all platforms.
- Shoot Management: Oversee and manage photoshoots end-to-end, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a creative leadership role within the retail and fashion industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and creative processes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
