What You’ll Do● Shape and elevate scripts into structurally tight episodic narratives.● Design strong hooks and decisive cliffhangers.● Build sustained dramatic escalation without emotional drop.● Craft satisfying payoffs across the larger story arc.● Create and Identify visually impactful, thumb-stopping moments at script stage.● Deliver consistently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
What You Bring● 4–8 years in writing or scripted content development.● Strong structural storytelling ability.● Mastery of episodic pacing and dramatic construction.● Instinct for emotional conflict and status reversals.● Comfort evaluating your work using engagement data (retention, drop-offs).● Clear ownership mindset.
