Job Responsibilities:
Create and drive resiliency guidelines across engineering teams.
Improve application reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Lead incident reviews and root cause analysis while implementing preventive measures.
Build and enhance automation for infrastructure and application management.
Improve observability through monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
Develop Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation using CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive SRE best practices.
Contribute to architecture standards and help build an SRE community of practice.
