About the role
Primary Skills -
- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in Python, including experience with async programming and API integration.
- Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Design, develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to support interoperability between simulation or AI components.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings.
- Strong understanding of RAG concepts.
- Strong understanding of GIT
- MCP server implementation experience
- Experience building and deploying production-ready agent-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Secondary Skills -
- Good to have knowledge of React.js/java script/CSS/HTML/node.js.
- Data base skills, Azure development and deployment experience, AWS development and deployment experience, Dynamo DB preferable
