By partnering with media companies and leveraging cutting-edge platforms like Getty Images and Eleven Labs, we efficiently produce high-quality, brand-aligned video content at scale.Our AI Video Expert team serves as the final quality checkpoint—ensuring every video meets internal standards while aligning with each client’s voice, brand, and platform requirements. This human feedback loop also helps continuously improve our AI systems through reinforcement learning.Why This Role ExistsRizzle operates at high volume across Sales, Production, and Operations. Our data lives in multiple systems—and we need someone who can connect them, clean them, and make them useful.This role is for someone who’s strong in Salesforce but also comfortable experimenting, prototyping, and stitching systems together to solve real business problems.What You’ll DoOwn Salesforce end-to-end, including configuration, data models, automation, and reporting.Design CRM schemas that reflect how the business actually operates.Build and iterate on workflows, automations, and dashboards.Connect Salesforce with production systems and operational tools using APIs, automation platforms, or lightweight scripts.Investigate broken flows, messy data, and manual workarounds—and fix them.Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate intent into working systems.Improve visibility and decision-making by turning data into clear insights.
Who This Is ForYou’ll likely enjoy this role if you:Have 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.Like figuring things out even when documentation is incomplete.Are comfortable using modern tools and AI assistance to build practical solutions quickly.Understand data modeling and system integration concepts.Are comfortable pulling data from APIs, files, or databases and making it usable—fast.Nice to HaveSalesforce Admin certification(s).Experience with tools such as MongoDB, HubSpot, ClickUp, Jira, Zapier, BI tools, or APIs.Exposure to production, operations, or analytics data.Light experience with SQL, scripts, or data transformations.One Last ThingWe don’t expect perfection.
