About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Culinary & Alcohol Expert to join our Luxury Escapades team. This role involves designing and delivering unparalleled food and beverage experiences tailored to our luxury clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate exclusive culinary and beverage experiences for premium clients.
- Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists to create bespoke offerings.
- Stay updated on global trends in fine dining, premium beverages, and gastronomy.
- Conduct tastings and provide expert recommendations on food and drinks.
- Build relationships with high-end suppliers to source premium products.
- Manage budgets and ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
- Train staff on culinary excellence and beverage presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in luxury culinary services or hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and spirits.
- Certification as a sommelier or mixologist is highly desirable.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Passion for creating memorable, high-end culinary experiences.
