- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Must-have skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various system components.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
