About the role
• Responsible for the achievement of agreed sales targets/ objectives for the defined location
• In charge of all local marketing activities for the location
• Responsible for all commercial transactions with the channel partners
• Responsible for achieving all network-related targets as assigned for the location (network expansion, product placement, etc.)
• Responsible for business development, influencer and channel engagement and professional pricing co ordination
• Ensure that distributors/ contractors provide an appropriate service as per service level agreement
RequirementsMust be a graduate
Age max 26 yearsMust know the Tamil Language
must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in paints.
Benefits4.5 LPA (Fixed: 3.5 LPA & Variable: 1.0 LPA) TA & DA are over and above the said CTC, as per company policy
