About the role
- Experience of dealing with domestic customers preferred.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills –English, Hindi is a must. Knowing any additional regional language preferred (Spoken & Written).
- This will be 6 days working process, from 9 AM to 10PM.
- Since this process will be operational 7 days, there will be rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- This is 100% voice process.
- Requirement of BPO1 candidates with customer service, voice experience.
