About the role
Attend walk-in customers and provide information regarding products, services, and company policies. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and within defined timelines. Process customer transactions, account servicing requests, and documentation. Assist customers in loan account servicing, EMI-related queries, statement requests, and foreclosure procedures. Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and operational guidelines. Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for smooth customer service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Support branch operations and administrative activities. Promote cross-selling of retail financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment products where applicable.
