About the role
- Support clients and Relationship Managers in account opening activities, including document collection, form filling, KYC verification, and generation of online account opening links to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
- Assist clients in completing physical and digital forms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage filling of client modification requests such as mobile number, email ID, address, bank account, nominee, FATCA, and other profile updates.
- Coordinate with clients, RMs, Operations, and Compliance teams for timely resolution of documentation-related queries and exceptions.
- Track pending documentation cases, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and ensure closure within defined service timelines.
- Maintain high standards of documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and client service during all onboarding and servicing interactions.
