About the role
•Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
•Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and
WhatsApp.
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of quotations and order
processing.
•Update customer interactions and follow-up status in the CRM/system.
•Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements
* Experience in telecalling/customer calling.
* Experience in handling system-based/computer-based work.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and data entry.
* Candidates with knowledge of Hindi
