§We are looking for a of Saviynt resource with 5+ years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shiftsThe ideal candidate will:
§Independently lead Access Review / Certification campaigns end-to-end, including:§Campaign setup, execution, monitoring, escalation, and closure§Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across all certification activities§Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for access certification and governance processes§Collaborate with stakeholders to:§Resolve certification findings and reduce access risks§Improve IAM governance and operational efficiency§Drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives in Saviynt processes§Support audit requests and provide timely certification evidence and reports§Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Saviynt platform capabilities§Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and mentoring junior resourcesMandatory Certification Required:
•Saviynt IGA ProfessionalTechnical Skills Required:
§At least 60+ moths of experience in Saviynt product.§Strong expertise in:oAccess Review / Certification lifecycle management (campaign design, scheduling, execution, closure)oSegregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, and access governance frameworks§Extensive experience in:oSaviynt application onboarding and integration strategiesoJML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle implementation/support§Strong hands-on experience with:oSaviynt workflows, certification configuration, and remediation processesoCustom reports, analytics, and certification evidence generationoSQL (complex query writing for data analysis & troubleshooting)§Good knowledge of:oREST APIs and JSON-based integrationsoIAM architecture and governance controls across enterprise systems§Understanding of:oTarget systems (Databases, AD, Cloud apps, OS platforms) integrated with IAMoVersion control (Git) and deployment practices§Exposure to:oScripting/programming (Java, Python, etc.)§Experience in:oSupporting audit, compliance, and certification evidence requirementsoOperationalizing IAM solutions post-implementation•Behavioral / team skills
§Strong stakeholder management skills, working with:oSecurity, Audit, Application Owners, and Business stakeholders§Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities§Ability to:oLead and own medium-sized workstreams or certification programsoDeliver high-quality output within defined SLAs and timelines§Proactive in:oIdentifying risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities§Strong communication and client interaction skills§Capability to mentor junior team members / Associate Consultants§Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, client-driven environment§Good documentation, reporting, and presentation skills§Willingness to work in rotational shifts if requiredQualificationsWork experience
