We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Expert to lead and manage our cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring protection of systems, networks, and data from internal and external threats. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying vulnerabilities, implementing robust security solutions, and staying ahead of evolving threats.

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, and other security tools.
• Monitor threat intelligence sources and ensure proactive threat hunting and mitigation.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure coding and infrastructure practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Train staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, security architecture, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with security tools such as:
• Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
• SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
• EDR/XDR tools
• Vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK framework, NIST, etc.
• Relevant certifications (preferred):
• CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.

• Experience in DevSecOps or securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience working in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government sector.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance mandates applicable in India.
