About the role
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and analysing security vulnerabilities.
- Support vulnerability assessment and basic security testing.
- Monitor security logs and identify suspicious activities.
- Assist with security audits, documentation, and reporting.
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Support incident identification and analysis.
- Maintain security-related documentation and trackers.
- Follow cybersecurity policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- B. Tech/B. E. /BCA/MCA/M. Tech students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security and Networking concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Nmap, Wireshark, or Burp Suite.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Cybersecurity certifications or academic projects.
