About the role
·Understand business requirements and translate them into clear analytical and functional requirements.
·Analyze business performance, sales, operational and other relevant data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
·Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports and business presentations for management review.
·Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, IT and other functions to gather and validate requirements.
·Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, productivity and business outcomes.
·Support business planning, forecasting and performance reviews through data-driven insights.
·Coordinate with IT/technology teams for system enhancements, automation and implementation of business requirements.
·Maintain proper documentation of business requirements, processes, reports and analytical models.
·Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Support ad-hoc business analysis and management reporting as required
