About the role
We are looking for a data analyst who can work with high-frequency IoT and telematics data from EV fleets to generate actionable insights. The role involves working across data pipelines, analytics layers, and dashboards to support operational and engineering decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for large time-series datasets.
- Perform data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Build and maintain dashboards for fleet performance and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data quality.
- Perform root-cause analysis on anomalies.
- Optimise queries and dashboards for performance.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas).
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, etc. )
Preferred:
- Exposure to cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Trino/Presto, Iceberg, ClickHouse).
- Familiarity with Airflow/dbt.
- Understanding of EV or automotive telemetry data.
