About the role
The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analyses for business users.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client operations and translate business processes into structured, scalable digital workflows.
- Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design systems that reduce manual effort and errors.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding, including workflow configuration, data setup, and reporting structure.
- Ensure successful go-live, adoption, and alignment with client business goals.
- Validate data accuracy and reporting logic using SQL and Excel.
- Design dashboards aligned with key business metrics and decision-making needs.
- Support API integrations by understanding data flows, validating integrations, and troubleshooting issues.
- Drive platform adoption, identify value gaps, and ensure long-term customer success.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Operations, Analytics, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong Excel and data-handling capabilities.
- Working understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting, and business metrics.
- Ability to quickly understand new industries, workflows, and business models.
- Structured, systems-first problem-solving approach.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
