About the role
We're hiring a Data Architect/Data Engineer Lead, a strong Data professional who can combine deep engineering expertise with an architect's mindset. We're specifically targeting experienced professionals from: Data Engineering, Database Engineering / Development, Enterprise Data Platforms, VP / Senior Data roles within BFSI, CIB, or AWM environments.
Requirements:
- 60-70% hands-on coding.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to design scalable enterprise data solutions.
- Quick learner with strong architectural thinking.
- Tech Stack: Python, SQL, Snowflake, DBT (good understanding/exposure preferred).
Bonus if you have:
- Exposure to Data Modelling tools/concepts.
- Experience in large-scale banking or financial data ecosystems.
- We're looking for someone who can think like an architect while still being deeply involved in engineering and delivery.
