About the role
Location – Bangalore / Pune
Data Architect:
- MySQL, PostGres, Databricks experience
- Azure & ADF experience
- Hands-on contributor - Candidate to express that they are more technically hands-on rather than people management
- Atleast theoretical knowledge on how to capitalise AI agents
- Preference is if candidate knows Java as well; So that the person can coordinate well with Team & SA - However, not mandatory
- DB2 not mandatory; Any RDBMS on-prem is enough - Client team has an in-house DBA available
General Feedback:
- Do not look for last-min candidates, give sufficient heads-up for scheduling both rounds
- Resource should be able to handle this role individually, not require much handholding from Indium COE
- Be aware of how the agentic AI fits-in current scenario; Show excitement on AI adoption
- Bangalore location only preferred primarily for the Architect roles
