L3 DC Residential Engineer will be placed at Tata Electronics Hosur / Krishnagiri
Job Mandate:
The primary role of Network L-3 Engineer is to be able to provide the Second level fault & troubleshooting for any deployment related issues.
Job Requirements :
• Cisco CCNA, CCIP,CCNP, CCIE
• 8+ years with senior level Cisco configuration, Network operational support, project deployment.
•Candidate must have above good communication skills.
• Experience with supporting and troubleshooting of Cisco ACI, Nexus and R&S.
•Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
•Strong working knowledge of Cisco ACI, Nexus Switches, Catalyst and Routers
•Good technical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge and Skills
• Hands on experience on Cisco ACI,Nexus, firewall, Cat9K, Routing protocol
• Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network issues with minimal need to engage escalation resources.
• Assist Customer with functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.
• Interface with Cisco Customer, TAC, Engineering team and providers to create and manage problem resolution
• Communicate and document incidents to include cause, action, and solution as well as root cause analysis
• Create and update trouble tickets as required by standard procedures
• Record, update, and manage all assigned service requests.
• Identify known issues, hardware, and software problems, Knowledgebase, and analytical tools.
• Assist in improving and creating processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity in team
• Review, edit, and publish Tech Notes, RCAs, and knowledgebase articles
ASSUMPTIONS:
L3 DC Residential Engineer will be placed at Tata Electronics Hosur / Krishnagiri
Tata / Velocis NoC Managed Cisco Routers, Switches and Wireless device coverage
Support and Work with Cisco TAC to provide the Incident information and details
Understand the network topology and Network Architecture
Help is collection of logs and Debug commands (Sniffer Traces - required)
Co-ordinate with Central NOC team to work with Tata team
RMA follow-up and Return material follow-up
Any Graduation
