About the role
The Data Engineer role focuses on data management, pipeline development, and warehouse/lakehouse engineering. The position involves working with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, and BI tools to build reliable data solutions and support analytics needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ETL processes.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and data warehouse structures.
- Work with Azure tools, Databricks, Snowflake, and storage services for data processing.
- Build and support medallion-based data lake and data model frameworks
- Implement full and incremental data ingestion approaches.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Document data workflows, processes, and technical outputs
- Collaborate with data analysts and software engineers to deliver datasets.
