We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft Fabric to design and deliver modern, scalable data solutions. The role involves building robust data pipelines, implementing lakehouse and warehouse architectures, and enabling advanced analytics and reporting across the organization.

Job Description

🔹 Data Integration & Pipeline Development

•   Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Factory

•   Build ETL/ELT workflows to ingest data from on-premises systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and flat files

•   Implement data transformation and orchestration using mapping data flows and Fabric notebooks where required

•   Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot pipeline executions

🔹 Microsoft Fabric Implementation

•   Develop and manage Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions in Microsoft Fabric

•   Work with OneLake to store and manage structured and unstructured data

•   Create and optimize Fabric dataflows, pipelines, and notebooks

•   Ensure proper data partitioning, performance tuning, and cost optimization within Fabric

🔹 Data Modeling & Analytics Enablement

•   Design curated data models for reporting and analytics

•   Support Power BI datasets and semantic models built on Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse

•   Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the data platform

🔹 Collaboration & Governance

•   Work closely with business analysts, BI developers, and stakeholders to gather data requirements

•   Implement data security, access control, and governance policies in Fabric and Azure

•   Document data architecture, pipelines, and data flows
