Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with a focus on developing solutions for data processing, automation, reporting, and data visualization. This role requires a solid understanding of statistical principles and data analysis techniques, along with proficiency in various data tools and technologies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights to drive business improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving to address data-related issues.
• Validate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability of data used in reporting and analysis.
• Document processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain best practices.

• Strong expertise in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Power Query.
• Good understanding of statistical principles and quantitative reasoning.

• Experience with Databricks and/or Power Automate.
• Interest and/or expertise in Agentic AI and machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
