This role requires a technically strong professional who can translate business and reporting needs into practical data controls, dashboards, automated solutions, and sustainable governance practices. The ideal candidate combines deep PMO operations knowledge with hands-on technical, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The individual will partner with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, Delivery Leaders, and PMO Governance and Tools teams to improve data accuracy, enforce standards, manage exceptions, and deliver actionable insights. Provide guidance to users on data-entry standards, tool usage, reporting practices, and issue resolution. Stakeholder Management and Facilitation Facilitate working sessions to resolve data issues, clarify requirements, and drive adoption of governance standards. Collaborate effectively across business, delivery, product, and technology Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience working with complex datasets, reporting logic, data validation, and automation. Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, Power Query, reconciliation, and dashboard development. Strong understanding of project, program, portfolio, and demand-management practices. Experience defining and enforcing data standards, controls, audit processes, and exception-management procedures.
