Job Description
A minimum of three years in banking preferably with wider experience of Business Process design, Target Operating Model design, policy or control departments.
Preferable – A good understanding of all products and services and end to end business processes.
Experience with visulations tools Qliksense, Atlas.
Beneficial to have exposure to leading FinTech/RegTech solutions in Data Linage, supplemented by key understanding of regulatory programmers e.g. BCBS, GDPR, ELC35 and other primary data regulations.
Wholesale Banking experience (ideally with strong knowledge of the Business Services) Excellent written and oral communications skills Logical and practical – ability to be able to apply pragmatism and common sense
Strong relationship management capability – managing multiple personas across multiple businesses across multiple regions 3 or more years Operations and / or Data work experience in data management Team first mentality Unquestionable personal integrity Experience of working in an agile framework JIRA, Confluence, Collibra
