  • Experience with Azure data services, SAP data, and business stakeholder collaboration will be an added advantage.
  • 6+ years of overall experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Dataflows, Notebooks, Semantic Models, and Power BI.
  • Experience with medallion architecture, Lakehouse patterns, data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and reporting-ready datasets.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion workflows, transformation logic, and orchestration processes.
  • Strong SQL skills, including optimized query writing, complex data analysis, and performance tuning support.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and analytical datasets.
  • Experience with source-to-target mapping, data validation, testing support, defect resolution, production support, and technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SAP data, business processes, and enterprise reporting environments is an advantage.

Desired Skills:

  • Exposure to HANA modeling, SAP data structures, BusinessObjects, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering ability.
  • Collaborative mindset with a clear focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Experience working in a captive center or global capability center environment is a plus.
