About the role
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Python with a machine learning and NLP focus.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and LLM fundamentals.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art models and their practical applications.
- Experience deploying and monitoring production-grade models.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to LLM observability, monitoring, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to healthcare or clinical datasets and workflows.
