About the role
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client workshops to identify high-impact problems that could be solved through AI / ML based solutions.
- Translate business challenges into analytical opportunities, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) for executive and operational decision-making.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
- Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic business goals.
- Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of DS / ML / AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.
- 8+ years of experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Good communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis.
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI.
- Strong knowledge of Python/PySpark.
- Good to have knowledge of Databricks and databases.
- Good to have experience of cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP.
