- DDM / Management: Review and monitoring
- Bank : Business review and alignmenT
Daily Activities
- Pickup tracking
- Business mapping updates in system
- End-of-Day (EOD) reporting
- FLS activation to field
- RM activation
- Lead data sharing with field
- Target vs achievement tracking
- Competition mindshare / leadshare reporting as per EOD
Exception Handling :
Vymo location & RM mapping to be performed only if required
Any deviations or delays must be escalated to the reporting manager.
