Delivery Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead with expertise in the MEAN stack to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the MEAN stack technology.

• Lead the planning and execution of software delivery projects utilizing the MEAN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical and project management skills.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

• Proficiency in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
