About the role
We are hiring for multiple positions in Test Data Management (TDM) with strong expertise in Delphix. The ideal candidates should have experience in data de-identification, masking, and synthetic data generation, preferably in healthcare environments.
🔹 General Requirements (All Roles):-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Test Data Management tools

Mandatory experience with Delphix (Data Virtualization & Masking)

Strong knowledge of Data De-identification & Masking

Minimum 2 years of experience in Synthetic Data Generation

Experience in aligning TDM with project roadmaps for faster test data delivery

Nice to Have: Python, .NET knowledge, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud-hosted platforms

Lead end-to-end Delphix solution design & implementation

Drive strategy, architecture, and team guidance

Collaborate across enterprise environments

Design, deploy, and optimize Delphix virtualization & masking solutions

Mentor junior team members

Support best practices and innovation

Implement and manage Delphix environments

Support automation and integration with pipelines

Ensure performance in test data delivery

Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Delphix platforms

Ensure platform availability and resolve issues quickly
