Roles: - Software Engineer

Job Summary –
We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer with experience in testing printers, print solutions, printer drivers, print workflows, and related software applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, validating end-to-end printing functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality across different printer models, operating systems, and network environments.
Years of experience needed –
4+ year of experience
- Technical Skills: 3–5 years of experience in manual software/product testing, preferably in printer or printing solutions.
- Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect life cycle.
- Strong experience in:
- Test case design and execution
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- System testing
- End-to-end testing
- Hands-on experience testing printers, printer drivers, print servers, or print-management solutions.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as IP address, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, ports, and network connectivity.
- Knowledge of common printing protocols such as IPP, IPPS, RAW, LPR/LPD, and WSD.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar test/defect management tools.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Certification:
- Any degree or equivalent.
