Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience: 12-15 years of experience inCompliance in Banks/NBFCs
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Compliance Department
- Support CCO in performing the Role of CCO as defined in RBI Regulations
- Advisory: Advisor to Business(es) and Management on Compliance requirements on various Governance, Risk and Compliance Matters
- Plan and perform / oversee all activities of Compliance Function in line with applicable RBI regulations relating to Compliance Function - including and not limited to Regulatory Dissemination, Risk Assessments, Monitoring, New Product/ Process approvals, periodic reporting to Board and management
- Regulatory Liaison: Maintain liaison with regulators (RBI (mainly)/SEBI/IRDAI, as required)
- Manage RBI Inspections
- Regulatory Submissions: Prepare and submit reports (timely and accurate) as applicable, provide clarifications to RBI to ensure compliance in adherence with laws, RBI Regulations to avoid any punitive actions
- Tracking of all compliance related open action points
