KRAKey ResponsibilitiesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)CP Reactor Operations (PLC & Manual)Operate Chlorinated Paraffin (CP) reactors through PLC and manual controls. Monitor process parameters and ensure operations are maintained within specified limits.Safe and uninterrupted reactor operation, achievement of production targets, adherence to process parameters, minimum process deviations.HCL Generation & Hypo Plant OperationMonitor and control HCL generation and hypo plant operations as per SOPs. Take corrective actions during abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance teams.Stable HCL production, process compliance, reduced downtime, timely corrective actions.CP Filling OperationsSupervise CP filling activities into drums/tankers. Ensure proper quantity, labeling, packing standards and documentation.Filling accuracy, zero dispatch errors, compliance with packaging requirements, timely completion of filling activities.HCL Loading OperationsEnsure safe loading of HCL into tankers. Verify documentation, sampling requirements and loading procedures.Safe loading operations, zero leakage incidents, compliance with transportation and safety standards.Process Monitoring & ControlContinuously observe plant conditions, identify abnormalities and initiate corrective actions. Maintain process logs and records.Prompt issue identification, effective troubleshooting, reduced process losses and improved operational efficiency.Safety Compliance & Risk ManagementEnforce PPE usage, follow safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks and participate in safety audits.Zero safety violations, compliance with SOPs, reduction in unsafe acts and conditions.Documentation & ReportingMaintain shift logs, production reports, incident records, breakdown reports and statutory documentation.Accurate and timely reporting, complete documentation, audit compliance.Manpower SupervisionSupervise contract workmen and operators engaged in plant operations and filling activities. Ensure discipline and safe work practices.Effective manpower utilization, adherence to safety standards, smooth shift operations.Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate with maintenance and utility teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.Timely closure of maintenance issues, reduced equipment downtime, improved plant availability.Continuous ImprovementSupport operational excellence initiatives, process improvements and skill development activities.Implementation of improvement initiatives, enhanced productivity, capability development.
