Position description: Site head for O&M

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Able to operate the entire distillery complex with commitment, determination, energy and accountability to achieve the results

2. Facilitates team working, supports and encourages others.

3. Able to suggest new ideas to improve performance(s)

4. Creating and maintaining detailed records of production & operations

5. Industrial relations , Labour & HR

6. Effective collaborator and communicator with Co's support groups

7. Demonstrated inclusive leadership and excellent communication skills

8. Ability to build and sustain excellent business relationships (internally and externally) as well as high functioning teams

9. Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in the production facilities

10. Participate in the hiring of production support staff.

2. Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.

3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, continuous improvement methodologies, quality, safety,

and environmental practices.

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: MBA Operation ,B. Tech
Field specialization: BE / Diploma Chemical OR Alcohol Technology
Degree: B. Tech

Required Certification/s:

1. Advanced knowledge of distillery operations

2. Demonstrated tolerance for the rigours of the shop floor challenges

3. Talented, highly-motivated ,Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and willingness to be challenged

4. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain positive, high-performance work atmosphere

5. Experienced multi disciplined team facilitator for cross functional teams

6. Exposure to safety critical operations

7. ERP systems knowledge will be an added advantage
