Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Oversee
the complete accounts receivable cycle,collections, and cash application.
- Maintain
updated records of receivables and collections.
- Review
and posting of Journal Entries (commission/Premium/claims).
- Review
and reconciliation of Premium deposits if any.
·Preparation of monthly MIS.
- Review
of BRS for claims & premium collections.
- Claims
payment reconciliations.
- IRDA
reporting for commission/Premium/Claims.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure
compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory
requirements.
- Identify
opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
- Participate
in internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's
Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA
Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 5 to
10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
- Experience
in ERP systems such as Tally/sun system.
