About the role
- Develop and monitor service revenue targets for AMC, Battery, Retrofit, PCB and Buyback lines.
- Prepare and manage budget allocations and forecasts for service revenue.
- Oversee billing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead collection activities to achieve defined cash flow objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales and finance teams to resolve revenue discrepancies.
- Analyse revenue performance and generate periodic reports for senior management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce DSO.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff within the Customer Service team.
- Participate in customer negotiations and contract renewals related to service agreements.
- Diploma, Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in service revenue management, billing or collections.
- Strong understanding of AMC, battery, retrofit, PCB and buyback business models.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of Indian tax and compliance regulations related to services.
- Leadership potential and team‑management experience.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
