About the role
Experienced-1-3yrs(Banca) Must haves- Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or bancassurance or field sales. Excellent sales skill, convincing skills, good communication, negotiation, lead generation, relationship building, and time management. Visit assigned bank branches daily(Minimum 2 branches)to drive sales and support branch teams.(Banca people) Build and maintain good relationship with bank relationship managers & Branch manager to Generate leads and closures, maintain details of pipelines. Conduct product training, joint calls, and follow?ups with branch employees for lead generation. Perform renewal calling for existing customers to ensure timely renewals. Ensure accurate documentation, proposal submission, KYC adherence, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Good to have- Personal 2-wheeler with the driving licenses will be preferred. Conduct product refreshment trainings for relationship manager. Meet walk?in customers at bank branches to identify and close cross?sell opportunities. Perform renewal calling for existing motor/health/general insurance customers to ensure upsell opportunities. Corporate visits for cross sale business. Maintain daily MIS and share activity reports with the reporting manager.
