Key Roles &Responsibilities MonthlyCalculation & payment ofMotor Insurancecommission. Close coordination with stake holders to understand queries and ensure closure within TAT Preparation of daily MIS & Query reports Maintainingmultiple data masters used for payout calculations Handling total policy level payment reconciliations Maintainingpayment reports monthly, quarterly & Yearly of all channels with proper remarks Key Requirements – Education & Certificates Graduate / MBA from reputed institution Experience in working on R / SAS Advanced excel, VBA & Macros Key Requirements - Experience &Skills Candidate should haveexperienceof5+ years in a commissioncomputation &automationprocess Shouldbe aware of general insurance products. Experience in Motor Insurance is highly desired Candidate should haveanalytical approach to understand problem areas and develop updated reports to reduce & track query volume
