Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshoot instrument-related issues to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.4Quality Monitoring & Abnormality ReportingMonitor analytical results, identify deviations or abnormal trends, investigate discrepancies, and promptly communicate critical findings to Production, Quality Assurance, and departmental heads for timely corrective actions.5Safety, Health & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to laboratory safety practices, PPE usage, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), chemical handling procedures, waste disposal guidelines, and compliance with ISO, IMS, statutory, and environmental requirements.6Water & Utility Quality MonitoringCarry out routine analysis of DM water, condensate water, cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, and other utilities. Report deviations and support corrective actions to maintain process reliability and product quality.7Environmental & Meteorological MonitoringMonitor and record meteorological parameters and environmental data as required under statutory and operational compliance. Ensure timely reporting and maintenance of environmental monitoring records.8Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Production, Marketing, Logistics, Maintenance, and other departments for timely product testing, quality approval, dispatch clearance, process troubleshooting, and customer requirements.9Documentation, SAP & Regulatory ReportingPrepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA), export-related quality documents, laboratory reports, calibration records, and perform SAP data entry while ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance with documentation standards.10Customer Complaint InvestigationParticipate in customer complaint investigations by conducting joint sampling, testing, root cause analysis, and providing technical support during customer visits to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.11Laboratory Records & Data ManagementMaintain accurate laboratory notebooks, test records, instrument logs, calibration records, control charts, and analytical reports while ensuring proper documentation, record retention, and audit readiness.12Continuous Improvement & Operational ExcellenceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance laboratory efficiency, analytical methods, safety practices, cost optimization, quality systems, and overall operational excellence through Kaizen, 5S, and best practices.
