Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Duties and Responsibilities Key Deliverables: - Operational support to OEM sales team - Operational support to BFL sales team for sourcing - Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS and Reporting for all OEMs and relevant internal stake holders - OEMs Subvention Billing Process Management o Receivables MIS Management o Invoice & PO Process Management o Reconciliations o Credit Note Issuance - Back end support for Telecom partnerships - Reconciliation with Finance for Management Reporting & Audit Services - Technical Build Management o Build Development in co-ordination with COE & IT o Resolution for Build Failures Required Qualifications and Experience Background in Relationship Management and Back office support to frontline teams - Understanding of BFL systems – FinnOne, SFDC, CustomerEye, Magento, PowerBI etc. - Should be a Team Player - Communication Skills - MS Office Proficiency
