About the role

Atharva Foundries Pvt. Ltd.is a leading foundry producing high-quality castings.. We are looking for an innovative Design Engineer to lead our product development and casting tooling design.Key Responsibilities:· Design and develop 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and tooling/patterns using PTC Creo and SolidWorks.· Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations using ANSYS to validate casting integrity, optimize risers, and reduce defects.· Collaborate directly with the pattern-making and production floors to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM).Requirements:· Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.· Experience: 2 to 5 years in mechanical/tooling design.· Software Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.· Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a strong understanding of the casting/foundry process, gating/risering, and GD&T.What We Offer:· Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience.· Excellent benefits including PF,Mediclaim,Accomodation,transport and on-site Canteen.How to Apply:Interested candidates, please email your updated with the subject line "Application for Design Engineer" on admin.atharva@yashind .com
