Design- Manager (LF Grade)

We are hiring for Our client is a leading premium real estate developer with a strong focus on high-end residential and luxury apartment projects. The organization is known for delivering design-led developments that combine architectural excellence, quality construction, and superior living experiences. With multiple large-scale residential projects across key markets, the client emphasizes innovation, attention to detail, and strong design governance. Client identity will be disclosed at an advanced stage of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage endtoend design development for residential apartment projects
- Handle concept, schematic, GFC drawings, and executionstage coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and external design agencies
- Ensure design compliance with statutory norms and approval requirements
- Work closely with projects, planning, and commercial teams
- Review drawings, material specifications, and design submissions
- Support site teams in resolving designrelated execution issues
- Assist in value engineering without compromising design intent
- Maintain quality standards across all design deliverables
B.Arch / M.Arch (mandatory)
Experience:
- 10+ years postqualification experience
- Mandatory experience in highend residential real estate
- Strong exposure to residential apartment projects
- Experience working with real estate developers or architectural firms handling large residential projects
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
MustHave Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (ACAD) – Mandatory
- Revit – Mandatory
- BIM – Mandatory
- Photoshop – Mandatory
