Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create innovative tile designs, patterns, textures, and finishes as per market trends and customer requirements.
- Possess strong knowledge of tile materials, manufacturing processes, surface finishes and design techniques.
- Handle tile scanning processes and have knowledge of tile scanning technology and related software.
- Work on the development and customization of tile designs for different applications.
- Coordinate with production, technical and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Conduct research on new tile designs, patterns, colors and industry trends.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the tile industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of tile materials, textures, finishes and design development.
- Practical knowledge of tile scanning and scanning-related processes.
- Ability to develop creative and market-oriented tile designs.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of design quality and consistency.
